Order of Service morning.

The market town of Magherafelt is situated halfway between Belfast and the City of Londonderry. It is close to Lough Neagh (the largest inland lake in the British Isles) and the beautiful Sperin Mountains.

First Presbyterian Church was founded in 1738 and since then there has been an unbroken line of Christian worship and influence in the area. The present minister is only the tenth in the congregation's history. In addition to Sunday Worship, we have a Sunday School, Creche and Junior Church. During the week we have a Bowling Club, Girls' Brigade, Bible Study Groups, Youth Club and Youth Fellowship, Parent and Toddler Group and Presbyterian Women's Association group. At present we have 270 families and we offer a warm welcome both to visitors and ne8w members alike.
